Pastoral care is the way we express our Christian caring for one another. In Livingston Old Parish we do this by praying for people, listening to them, visiting them at home or in nursing homes and hospital.
Visits are available on request; particularly if you are unwell or are no longer able to get to church regularly.
On the last Sunday of each month, a short service is held at St Andrew’s Church at 3.00pm, followed by a cup of tea and chat. Members of the Pastoral Care Group are happy to arrange transport for anyone wishing to attend these services.
If you know of someone who would appreciate a visit or regular visits, then please speak to your District Elder who will pass on requests to the Pastoral Care Group.
